The journey of aligning your people and systems with a meaningful vision will be unique. This, along with the complexity of organisational systems means that course correction en route is a given. We thus provide ongoing advice throughout the execution stage.

We also provide  coaching key leaders / employees where needed.


ONGOING ADVICE



Outline:

Our experienced practitioners partner with you to ensure that barriers to strategy achievement are overcome with minimal interruptions to operations as possible. This may be in the form of ongoing advice, facilitating problem-solving sessions (where a combination of knowledge of internal intricacies and eternal know how are needed), conflict management, mediation, union negotiations etc.


Objective:

Course correction to overcome obstacles to achievement of the strategic focus.


BUSINESS COACHING



We come alongside key players in the organisation to:

  1. Help them adapt and function effectively in a people-engaging model;

  2. Help them develop key skills/competencies needed to achieve your strategic focus (this may include Affirmative Action candidates).

Outline: Case specific.

Objective: Align key staff with the strategic focus to add momentum and prevent blocking vision-achieving and change initiatives.
